1. Procedure Explainer Videos
When a procedure is scheduled, children are gently introduced to what’s coming next through a short, calming video.

- Uses soothing visuals and tone to build trust
- Is in line with current medical best practices and messaging
- Empowers children to ask the right questions
Meanwhile…
Parents are onboarded with care:
- A guided tour through the app’s tools and timelines

Based on the child’s emotional reponse, the app selects the appropriate set of exercises. From there, the child enters an immersive experience.

Building worlds and characters
KIDS RELATE TO AND ARE INVESTED IN
Using character-based narratives as our vehicle for effective engagement, we understand the importance of presenting children with familiar character types if we want them to jump right in and feel comfortable.
With this in mind, our initial Power Up+ cast of characters are directly inspired by the most loved and recognized IPs in gaming, animation, toys, and comics. By anchoring our stories in what children already know and love, we maximize both comfort and connection from the very first interaction.
